Welcome to StudySAT! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using StudySAT, you agree to:

• Be bound by these Terms of Service
• Comply with our Privacy Policy
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18)

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Trial: 7 days with limited access
• Sprint Plan: $29 for 30 days of full access
• Standard Plan: $49 for 60 days of full access
• Pro Plan: $79 for 90 days of full access

3.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the stated subscription fee in full
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

3.3 Billing and Renewals

Our subscription plans are prepaid for a specific duration (30, 60, or 90 days). Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@satpreppro.com. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions but will apply to new subscriptions or renewals.

4. Use of Service

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our practice questions or content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

4.3 Content Ownership

All content provided through our Service, including practice questions, explanations, tests, and materials, is owned by StudySAT and protected by copyright laws. The SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with StudySAT.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our Service, including your answers, progress, and performance data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this data to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Generate analytics and insights
• Develop new features

5.2 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Using our Service will guarantee improved SAT scores

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for your SAT test results.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StudySAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudySAT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
